Starting from March 2027, players of the HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush video game will have the opportunity to race with all official 2026 Formula 1® team cars. This new addition comes in the form of the F1 Car Collection Pack, a downloadable content update that brings the entire 2026 grid into the game’s fastest Speeder category.
The pack includes all 22 cars representing the 11 official Formula 1® teams set to compete in the 2026 season. These vehicles are meticulously recreated based on Hot Wheels die-cast models, ensuring an authentic and detailed experience for fans and gamers alike. While individual drivers are not specifically named, players can select their favourite car from the full 2026 lineup.
This collaboration between Milestone, the game developer, and Mattel, Inc., the owner of Hot Wheels, marks the largest partnership between Formula 1® and Hot Wheels to date. HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush is accessible on a wide range of platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, ROG Xbox Ally, and PC through Steam, Microsoft Store, and Epic Games Store.
The announcement was supported by statements from key figures involved in the project. Emily Prazer, Formula 1® Chief Commercial Officer, highlighted the significance of bringing the sport’s latest cars into the gaming world. Andrea Loiudice, Milestone Publishing Director, and Erika Winterholler, Mattel Head of Licensed Games, also emphasised the scale and impact of this partnership for both the racing and gaming communities.
By integrating the 2026 Formula 1® cars into HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush, the game offers fans a fresh way to engage with the sport’s upcoming season.
